Features of IFrame Transport Stream Cutter 2.1 :

To help with this, you can quickly skip to video fades, blanks, and splits, as well as historical cut-in and cutout frames.
Changes in IFrame Transport Stream Cutter 2.1.0.4 :
- Fixed SBS channel cutting (standard definition) not creating index streams (this channel seems unique and to my mind has a bug in the video stream headers from my reading of the MPEG standard, but I may just have missed something). At any rate it works now. I hope I have not broken the normal decoding thoug.
