This little application can be used to encode from an Avisynth Script file to a raw MPEG-1/MPEG-2(VCD,SVCD,DVD) video stream. It uses a built in FFMPEG library for the encoding.
QuEnc is also highly recommended encoder to use with DVD Rebuilder and produces video that compares in some cases with the quality of videos encoded with Cinema Craft Encoder SP.
Changes in QuEnc 0.72 :
- fixed separate not working with -close
- changed will not encode pulldown when interlaced disabled but pulldown enabled
