HelDecPack is a light codecpack enabling its user to play the most common (and some uncommon) types of multimedia files. By means of the included filters you will be able to see DivX, XviD and other kinds of MPEG4 video variants.
An MPEG2 decoder is also included allowing you to play back DVD's (to some extent) and SVCD's. In addition the container formats Matroska and Ogg are supported, formats that are likely to replace the well known format Avi sometime in the future ;-) Audio is supported too as a Ogg Vorbis, AC3 and DTS decoder are included.
