This is a Japanese tool but the English language settings were included.
Changes in 3GP Converter 0.34 :
- When the 2pass it tries to encode with Xvid encoding the problem which stops was corrected. (There is no especially modification in the source, only compiling option modification)
- The H.264 (the x264) version was replaced to the up-to-date snapshot.
